At WhatUWant2Buy, every item is made to order for you and printed after you place your order.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days.
You can cancel your order and return your items for a refund within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Email support@whatuwant2buy.com. Include your order number and tell us you want to cancel. You can also use the model cancellation form below. You must send us your cancellation within 14 days of the day after your items are delivered.

Cancelling before your order has shipped? Email us as soon as you can, and we will stop it if production hasn't started.

How to return your items

  • Email us first, and we will give you the return address.
  • Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
  • You pay the cost of returning the items, unless they are faulty, damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item.
  • Please return items unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received them. We may deduct from your refund if an item has been used or handled beyond what is needed to check it. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed are not covered.

Refunds
We refund the price you paid and the original standard delivery cost to your original payment method. We refund within 14 days of receiving your items back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them. Please allow extra time for your bank to process it.

Damaged, misprinted, faulty or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@whatuwant2buy.com. Include your order number and a clear photo. Please tell us as soon as you can, but your legal rights are not limited to 14 days. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and after that you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund. We will arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be asked to return a faulty item or pay return postage.

Wrong size or colour
We cannot exchange items. If you ordered the wrong size or colour, you can cancel and return the item for a refund within 14 days, then place a new order.

Not covered

  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs
